excellent stay with great amenities

the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the pools were clean and offered a great way to relax with festive christmas lights adding a joyful atmosphere to the gardens.
the taxi service offered by the hotel was much more expensive than using a ride-sharing app. it would be nice to have more competitively priced transportation options available directly from the hotel.

the room was recently renovated and quite spacious it was also clean. blackout curtains were installed in the room and the air conditioning system worked well.

there was a huge variety of food available with several cuisines to choose from. the food was tasty and fresh it was also always available and maintained at a high level of cleanliness.

the resort included an aquapark for adults and another one at the children's pool. there were multiple heated pools available for swimming the resort also featured beautiful and luxurious gardens.

the hotel resort had everything i needed. the heated pools were really great for the children this time of year. the food was AMAZING!!!
The bar staff was mostly rude. it was hard to get decent communication in english. Staff knows very basic words. the aquapark is very basic. Its pictures are great, but it's not amazing.

I really enjoyed the animation activities. Kara was so friendly and got everyone involved. The front desk team, especially Bassem, was really helpful. Chef Ashraf was always available, and Mohamed Ramadan and Salah Shazly kept my room super clean. The animation team had many great activities!
The gym had a great temperature, but it could have been slightly cooler at times.

The hotel is close to the airport, a great plus for easy travel, but the area remains pretty quiet, which I REALLY appreciated. This balance.

There were MANY choices for food, ensuring something for everyone and offering much variety each day. That was a plus. The white elephant restaurant prepared a vegetarian feast for us as a family, the chef made everything perfect. This attention to detail was good!!!

This place features numerous swimming pools, including heated options. I enjoyed this a lot . The aquapark is a great source of entertainment with many slides, and the coral reefs with fish are great. There are many choices!
